The turnaround time for this product is 7-10 business days depending on the client response time. Turnaround time begins when information from the survey and payment has been received.

Content Post Package
By agreeing to Stormy Dashai Graphic's terms and conditions, clients MUST understand that refunds or exchanges are not provided under ANY circumstance unless an agreement between the owner and client has been agreed upon by contract.
If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with the design, we offer a five revision limit. Any additional revisions will result in a $5 revision fee per revision.
If a client decides to cancel their order/services for any reason(s), a refund will not be provided. Any work or designs that are remaining will remain under the ownership of the designer
